RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR/CONVEYANCER/LEGAL EXECUTIVE – 5+ PQE – BEDFORDSHIRE – JOB REF:1702

The successful candidate will be a highly competent and skilled Conveyancing specialist with at least 5 years of experience conducting residential property transactions. This role is open to Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers and Legal Executives able to evidence upwards of five years expertise in this field. You will boast unparalleled client service, effective business development skills and proven marketing strategies. You will also be confident advising junior members of the team and participating in internal training.This outstanding opportunity has become available to join a thriving practice who pride themselves on their multilingual abilities and excellent legal advice to the community in Bedfordshire. If successful, your caseload will cover the full spectrum of residential conveyancing with particular emphasis on freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, shared ownership, rights to buy, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
