A Residential Conveyancer position is available within a residential conveyancing team in a law firm based in Ashford, Kent.
 
The Firm
A regional private practice providing clients legal advice across Kent and the South East. The firm are Partner led and encourage staff to progress with the firm providing excellent support and guidance.
 
The Role
The Residential Conveyancer will be required to manage a case load of freehold and leasehold transactions; both sales and purchases including new build and help to buy, dealing with re-mortgages, preparing and advising on transfers of equity. The work will also require preparing and advising on residential tenancy agreements. The role involves assisting in the identification and development of new business opportunities for the department, through networking with local estate agents and other referrers. There will be a need to attend various public events in the local community as the Department's representative. This Residential Conveyancer role requires providing your own secretarial duties, subject to work volumes.
 
 The Candidate
An experienced and competent Residential Conveyancer with at least 2 years experience in running freehold and leasehold property transactions.
 
Salary to £45,000
