THE TEAM:
This Projects, Infrastructure and Construction team are in an exciting place. They have transformed their approach to the market and have secured a number of significant client wins in the last year. In order to continue this level of success, the Partners are looking to bring in experienced and exceptional lawyers to complement their talented team, based in either the Bristol or Exeter office. This is a very busy, challenging role, which is what you would expect from the quality of clients and work the team advise on. The firm have fully embraced both agile and flexible working, they value output not presenteeism, which means there is time to fit your lifestyle with your work commitments.

ASSOCIATE:
You will have a varied caseload working on major national and international projects across industry sectors, including energy, infrastructure, advanced manufacturing and technology, waste management, leisure, education and real estate. As the firm are looking for more than one lawyer you could be operating on a contentious, non-contentious or mixed workload. You will meet with clients regularly and undertake and lead business development initiatives to develop new clients. You will have a strong commercial acumen and you won't achieve this if you're chained to the desk. This will be a challenging and demanding role, working to tight deadlines and supporting highly valued clients. You will be able to demonstrate a focused client centric approach and ensure clients receive a solutions led service to achieve this. Strong commercial acumen is required. You will help grow the practice with the ability to identify opportunities, whilst actively cross-selling to strengthen client relationships.
