PROPERTY LITIGATION SOLICITOR / EXEC. - DEVON -
Property Litigation (NQ - 3 PQE) -
This highly successful regional law firm has an exciting opportunity for a NQ - 3 years PQE property solicitor to join their leading dispute resolution department. The firm has a number of offices in the South West and pride themselves on providing a first class service to their clients.
The firm is looking for a talented property litigator who is comfortable dealing with both a residential and commercial property litigation caseload. You will be working alongside experienced senior lawyers and building your own caseload. Typical matters will include: commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, easements and restrictive covenants and property damage claims.
You will enjoy a competitive salary and the ability to develop a very successful career with the firm. As a key part of the team you will be undertaking business development and networking opportunities.
