Job Details
A recognised Litigation firm in Central London is seeking a senior associate to join them. The role will involve dealing with cases of significant size and complexity and the right candidate will have experience not only of commercial litigation but experience in company and insolvency litigation.
The right candidate will have had a range of experience of insolvency litigation and general commercial litigation, including; commercial litigation (fast track and multi-track claims), to include a accurate understanding and experience of the CPR: Required skills include drafting witness statements, interim applications, mediation / ADR, and taking all steps up to and including trial; Experience of defending Director Disqualification claims.
Any management experience would be an advantage.
