Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a small yet well-established firm in Halifax. Our client is a really traditional firm, well known across various sectors with an enviable client base. Those looking to be instrumental in growing a department are encouraged to apply.
You will be expected to hit the ground running with your own Commercial Property caseload particularly Landlord and Tenant matters and development work. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in company sales and purchases, large scale commercial and residential developments and the acquisition and disposal of investment properties throughout the country. A candidate with experience in corporate/commercial work in addition to commercial property would appeal to this firm.
This role will work closely with the head of Commercial Property supporting on the larger transactions as well running your own varied caseload. Someone willing to get in involved in business development and marketing in order to help grow the department would be of interest to this firm. There are genuine progression opportunities with this role.
Ideally you will have at least 5 years PQE, however this is just a guideline and candidates that fall outside of this bracket are strongly encouraged to apply.
