Do you possess office management experience? Excellent opportunity to play an active role in the continued success of an innovative Middlesex practice.

Joining the firms Uxbridge office, the successful Office Manager will utilise their previous legal experience to take on this demanding and hands-on role. Overseeing the day to day running of the office with focus on all aspects of compliance and SRA rules, you will ensure the continued delivery of outstanding client services. Full training will be provided for this position so previous legal experience whilst advantageous is not essential. It is, however, essential that you have gained 5 years’ experience of working as an office manager within the legal framework.


  • SRA and other regulatory compliance
  • Dealing with regulatory matters
  • Providing training
  • Managing quality mark accreditations
  • Implementing compliance policies
  • Ensuring the renewal of fee earners practising certificates
  • Liaising with internal and external professionals
The Candidate

  • An office manager with a minimum of five years’ experience within the legal framework
  • Demonstrates solid management and/or supervisory experience
  • Prior knowledge of SRA rules is highly advantageous
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels
  • Able to manage a demanding and diverse workload, encompassing all aspects of office management
  • Highly motivated, able to make executive decisions where required
