Your new firm
This well-known regional firm offers a full range of legal services and enjoy an excellent reputation for customer service. They currently have a great opportunity for a residential conveyancer to join their team in Newport. The firm prides itself on being forward thinking, professional and reliable; as a result, it builds strong relationships with clients and local businesses. They are very easily accessible by public transport and have ample parking nearby for drivers.
Your new role
This is a great opportunity for a residential property lawyer to make their mark. In this role you will be dealing with a varied residential caseload; you will be responsible for managing and progressing your own caseload of residential property files. You will be proactive in delivering pragmatic decision-making and legal advice to the customer and will be supported in your role.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be a licensed conveyancer, CILEx or Solicitor, however this isn't essential; what is more important is that you have previous experience within a conveyancing environment having gained exposure to your own files. You will be self- motivated and ambitious with a real drive to succeed and will have strong communication and relationship building skills with a client centric approach.
