Finance Regulatory Associate


The firm I am currently recruiting for are looking for an Associate to join the FSDI team, predominantly based in London - however this will be a remote role with flexible working from home days per week permanently. The role is mid to senior level (5-7 PQE ideally) - but strong candidates at 4PQE will be considered. The relevant candidate will have a Financial Regulatory background. Both Private practice and In-house candidates will be considered, however if In-house, you will need to have experience in private practice with knowledge of fee estimates, costing structures etc.

The workload itself will be Retail heavy, including conduct of business requirement. In addition, the following experience will be beneficial:

• Payments
• Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (FSMA)
• Senior Managers Certification Regime (SMCR)
• Consumer finance
• Mortgages
• Contentious experience is a nice to have
