Adult Social Care Locum

A superb opportunity has arisen for Locum Adult Social Care Solicitor to join a Local Authority legal team has arisen in South Wales on a remote working basis.

This assignment is initially 1 – 2 months to cover for sickness with a high possibility of extension.

The role is offered on a fully remote working basis.

The generic duties and responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:

• Managing a full caseload and providing advice & support to Local Authority and Public Bodies with the focus on Court of Protection Matters
• Deprivation of Liberty matters
• Judicial Review proceedings
• Social Care Debt Matters
• Mental Health matters including admission, treatment and appointment and displacement of nearest relatives under the Mental Health Act 1983
