A leading provider of legal services to the health and other similar sector clients employing over 400 staff require a Commercial Property Solicitor with approximately 3 to 7 years PQE to join their London office. The firm adopt a flexible working policy with home working 3 days per week.
 
The Firm
The practice act for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector, including all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, registered providers, insurers, police, fire and rescue services, independent health and social care providers, charities and GP practices.
 
The Role
The firm's national Commercial Property department carries out a full range of commercial property work for its health, social care and other clients from across the voluntary, public and private sectors.
They are now seeking a solicitor (3 to 7 years+ PQE) to join our busy and expanding  team in London. The successful candidate will undertake a wide range of high quality commercial real estate work for both healthcare and other clients.  The roles will involve responsibility for their own case load of commercial property matters, as well as working closely with the partners and other senior members of the team on business development opportunities. 
 
The Candidate
Candidates will be expected to have relevant commercial property experience. Experience of commercial property within the healthcare sector would be a welcome advantage, but is not essential, and the successful candidate should be experienced in negotiating commercial leases, agreements for lease, development agreements and dealing with high value commercial sale and purchase transactions.  The role would also involve working as part of the Healthcare Projects Team and so the candidate should also ideally have experience of working on complex, public sector infrastructure projects, as well as some experience in dealing with construction matters.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
