Highly regarded Surrey firm are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing solicitor on a permanent basis.
Commencing as soon as possible this piece of recruitment is as a result of a huge influx of work and as such there is a high quality caseload for the successful applicant to get stuck into.
Applicants must be confident in dealing with the full remit of residential conveyancing matters including, but not limited to,:
- Sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity
- Shared ownership
