JOB TITLE: Commercial Real Estate Solicitor 12 month FTC
PQE REQUIRED: 2-5 Years' PQE
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: Dependent on experience

THE ROLE:
This 12 month fixed term contract maternity cover opportunity will suit a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge within a busy and highly successful firm. The role will require the suitable candidate to operate as an integral member of the real estate team; dealing with client work, helping with business development activities and assisting with building up and maintaining the team's knowledge base.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Commercial Real Estate Solicitors with 2-5 years' PQE in a wide range of both commercial real estate matters including sales and purchases; landlord and tenant matters; secured lending and commercial development work. You will be responsible for your own caseload with minimal supervision and own fee targets. It is essential that you have outstanding inter-personal and communication skills and work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
