Property Litigation Lawyer 7+ (Part Time) TO £££
Rare part-time opportunity at this popular City firm for an experienced property litigator to work approximately 20 hours a week for a broad range of property companies, corporates, retailers and developers on both the landlord and tenant side. Matters could include the LTA 1954, end of term dilapidations, rights of light or other development-related issues, restrictive covenants, easements and other real property interests and trespass. Any residential property would be beneficial as the firm occasionally acts for HNW individuals on residential matters.
