JOB TITLE: Post Completion Assistant
LOCATION: Leicestershire
SALARY: Competitive (DOE)

THE ROLE:
A position has become available for a Post Completion Assistant to join their growing conveyancing department. The successful candidate will be working in their thriving conveyancing department. Your will be required to prepare and submit AP1's/FR1's for Land Registry, collate relevant accompanying documents for applications made to the Land Registry, upload post completion documents to LMS and Lender Exchange and liaise with third parties to obtain documents.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will need a minimum of 6 months' post completion experience, working within conveyancing. Our client requires the suitable candidate to be able to work to strict deadlines, prioritise a busy and varied workload, excellent attention to detail and good communication skill
