SALARY: Uncapped earnings via fee-sharing arrangement

THE ROLE:
A thriving Construction boutique with an exceptional reputation, this firm is seeking to expand their team of market-leading Construction Solicitors working on a consultancy basis. Joining with your own client following, this practice is ideally placed to provide the support and infrastructure required to enable you to maximise your fee earning time. The network of consultants engaged by the firm allow for collaborative working and for the facilitation of larger scale projects.

THE CANDIDATE:
A qualified Solicitor with upwards of 5 years, you will have gained substantial expertise in construction law and will have a developed client base. You will be a self-starter and will enjoy working under your own leadership, taking responsibility for your own hours and schedules of work.

THE FIRM:
This firm offers exceptional service to it's consultants and their clients, and invests substantially in its own infrastructure to ensure all needs are met. The sharing of work and networking of consultants in complimentary areas of work is encouraged and incentivised. This role offers the choice of being office based, or working remotely from your home office.

SALARY & BENEFITS:
This role is offered on an attractive and uncapped fee-sharing basis.
