Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor A leading national law firm has a requirement for an Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor with approximately 3 to 5 years PQE. to join their London office. The role will have flexible working enabling up to 3 days a week working from home. The Firm The firm provides legal services to the health, social care, housing and emergency services sector. Clients include all forms of NHS organisations, governmental and regulatory bodies, insurers and GP practices. They aim to provide excellent career opportunities for employees. The Role The Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor will join a team of 6, overseen by the Partner, and working in the Clinical Insurance team dealing with manage a case load of files on behalf of NHS resolution and insurers relating to a range of medical malpractice and clinical negligence claims against GP's, acute Trusts and private medical practitioners. The role will involve working closely with the partners cases and will have plenty of client contact. There will be assistance by paralegals and scope to delegate to more junior lawyers. The Candidate The Associate Clinical Negligence Solicitor will have a distinct interest in healthcare law with at least 3 years Clinical Negligence experience, preferably defendant Clinical Negligence dealing with NHS resolution Clients and/or insurance medical malpractice, and will be self motivated and ambitious. Salary to £87,500
