Your new role
A newly created Contracts Negotiator role reporting into Legal Counsel, as part of a broader legal team that works very closely with the relentless sales teams in a fast-paced international environment. You will be the first point of contact for reviewing and negotiating sales, service and non-disclosure agreements, while also ensuring seamless communication between the legal and other departments internally. Further, you will lead in reviewing RFPs, RFIs, etc. Additionally, you will support the legal function with ad hoc property, intellectual property, employment and general matters. the business supports flexible working, and once the office is repopulated you will be able to work from home on an agreed basis.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have at least two years of sustained commercial contracts negotiation experience, ideally in a fast-paced technology environment. Candidates with less than two years' experience will not be considered. You may have worked either as a Contracts Negotiator / Manager previously, while commercial Paralegals with the relevant contracts experience will also be readily considered. You must be self-sufficient, organised and multifaceted, with the poise to liaise with demanding stakeholders. You will be able to multi-task and be comfortable interacting with decision-makers internally and externally.
