Job Details

Conveyancer

Leeds

QED Legal are working with a multi-service Legal 500 practice in the centre of Leeds who are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their team which predominantly deals with high value properties and HNW clients.

This is not a volume Conveyancing role and requires a Conveyancer who has experience dealing with high value and complex work, where a quality service to, often longstanding, clients is absolutely paramount over KPI’s and stacks of files piled high.

You should have at least 5 years’ experience dealing with the residential conveyancing process from start to finish and additional experience of or exposure to rural and farming families/property would be useful.

The firm has an excellent reputation in the market and although multi-service it still maintains a more traditional rather than commercial feel.

Salary is competitive based on experience + benefits.

If you would like to hear more about his role then please contact Graham Rawlinson at QED legal for a confidential chat.

Company

QED
An acronym of the latin phrase quod erat demonstrandum which translates as "thus it is demonstrated" or "that which was to be demonstrated". It is most often used as an annotation at the end of a complex mathematical, scientific or philosophical argument to show that the author had proven what he had set out to prove. In recent times it has also been translated as "Quite Easily Done".

As a recruiter you have to network and speak to large amounts of people and lots of law firms to really understand the market and have the connections to match people with opportunity quickly when the time arises. A good recruiter needs to be Quick, Excellent and Dynamic in everything that they do. Allow the team at QED to demonstrate what they can do for your firm or your career.
