Joining a specialist team in Coventry, the successful solicitor or legal executive will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare law to manage a varied caseload. Additionally, the successful solicitor will play a key role in the continued growth of the team.

- Children Act matters
- Care proceedings
- Emergency protection
- Special guardianship orders
- Contract arrangement disputes
- Child abduction cases
- Parental responsibility
- Child protection
- Liaising with social services and other professionals
- Conducting advocacy
- Solicitors and legal executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Experience in childcare law is essential
- Accredited Member of the Law Society Children’s Panel or able to work towards membership
- Solid advocacy skills
- IT proficient
