An Employment Solicitor is required by a Berkshire law firm to work as part of their Employment Department offering contentious and non contentious Employment advice to individual and business clients.
A legal practice with a long history as a traditional law firm providing a full compliment of legal services to clients along the M4 corridor. The services include Dispute Resolution, Insolvency, Company Commercial, Corporate, Employment, Private Client, Commercial Property, Residential Property and Family Law.
The Employment Solicitor will be required to run a case load of Employment files involving settlement agreements, advising on redundancy, restructuring, discrimination, employment contracts and tribunals. This is a diverse case load with interesting work and ample support from the Partners and will require someone looking to work on a full time basis.
A qualified Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE in Employment law gained with a regional practice. The successful Employment Solicitor with be enthusiastic, motivated and keen to develop a career.
Salary dependent upon experience.
