Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Somerset

Long established law firm with a reach across Somerset is seeking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer - qualified or unqualified to take over an existing caseload of transactions with support.

The role will involve managing a caseload of residential property transactions relating to freehold and leasehold properties across sale, purchase, remortgages and Right to Buy. Within this role you will also be expected to deal with business development and marketing and provide first class customer care.

This is an opportunity for an experienced fee earner that is used to working with minimal supervision and able to work quickly and be happy with developing business further.
