An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Planning Solicitor to join a leading Legal 500 practice in Guildford.
Our client is a highly respected full service law firm with strong rankings in the Legal 500 across its practice areas. They have made significant advances in recent years through the onboarding of new clients, a merger and a move to new offices. They are looking for a Planning Solicitor to join their busy team.
The Planning team carry our a wide range of contentious and non-contentious work. This position will deal with planning applications, compulsory purchase orders, s.106 agreements, highway orders, corporate support and environmental impact assessments and will allow the successful candidate to gain exposure to a high level of work and significant prospects for career progression.
