Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner

Job description: We are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our client; a well regarded Law Firm in Newcastle on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will be:
- Managing a varied caseload of Residential Conveyancing files including freeholds, leaseholds, sales and purchases
- Handling registered and unregistered files
- Dealing with own title checks
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
- Answering queries and updating clients on their cases
Salary: Dependant on experience
The ideal candidate will have experience dealing with a fast-paced environment and will have handled a large Conveyancing caseload.
