This popular and very profitable City firm is looking for a versatile banking lawyer to work for borrowers and lenders on an interesting range of UK and international work including acquisition finance, real estate / development finance, treasury and investment transactions . The client base is broad and includes the retail, technology, media, insurance and real estate sectors. You will need strong academics and experience in reviewing and negotiating finance documents as well as more general corporate funding work.
