IT/Outsourcing Lawyer 3+ To £££
Rare opening in this highly regarded team for an IT/ outsourcing lawyer who is comfortable in all aspects of ICT work, but with a particular emphasis on high value, complex IT and communications outsourcing projects. The workload covers both UK and international work, so experience of the structural and contractual issues involved is advantageous. Matters include:

  • facilities management outsourcing;
  • high value infrastructure projects including telecoms networks, National Grid overhead lines;
    water infrastructure & assets and gas networks;
  • variations to PFI projects and ISTC deals;
  • PPP & Strategic Partnerships in central & local government sector;
  • ICT outsourcing and procurement;
    Whilst the focus is on PPP Projects, there is an opportunity to work on commercial contracts in sectors such as financial services; publishing and logistics. Knowledge of Procurement Regulations & Local Government Law advantageous.
