I am working with a leading Cardiff based commercial firm who have instructed us to find a senior corporate solicitor on their behalf.
This tier 1 team offers a full service complement which includes transactional experience across M&A and Private Equity. We are ideally looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE specialising in corporate with a national or regionally renowned firm. It is expected that the successful candidate will bring with them a real wealth of experience from across the full spectrum of M&A and private equity transactions.
