Senior Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
Our client is a reputable multi-office law firm who provide a range of legal services for both individual clients and business organisations. As an established regional firm, they continue to expand due to delivering outstanding quality of work across the community.
The experienced property team are looking for a senior residential conveyancer to look after the interests of clients providing them with a thoroughly professional service. Great emphasis is placed on the level of personal attention given to keeping clients fully involved and up to date with the progress of transactions.
This is a senior role and requires an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least four years’ PQE to manage an existing caseload of varied quality work, which will be available to handover.
The broad caseload includes freehold, leasehold, planning, transfers of equity, remortgages, deeds of gift and tenancy agreements.
The successful candidate will have the following essential attributes:
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Effective at working in a team
• Experienced at managing own caseload maintaining high standards
