Commercial Conveyancer - Fixed Term

Samuels solicitors seek an experienced commercial conveyancer required for a 6 month maternity cover contract in our Barnstaple office starting end of November/beginning of December.

2 - 5+ years PQE

Remuneration dependent on experience

You must have a solid grounding in commercial conveyancing, including sales, purchases and lease transactions.  Experience with business sales/purchases and some knowledge of residential conveyancing will be an advantage.

You will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with good advising skills and the confidence to deal with urgent matters under pressure.

We will expect you to be comfortable working within a team and independently and be an excellent communicator.
