The firm are lucking to recruit experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join a great team who are looking to grow in size over the coming months. The role will see you communicate with clients, various stakeholders, estate agents and solicitors via phone, email and post. Conduct searches and client background checks. Process and progress conveyancing caseloads/transactions and oversee property sales, purchases and remortgaging. Key to role will be analysing and processing financial data, managing documentation, updating case management system and portals. Also included will be general administrative support within a busy conveyancing team, preparing documentation, packs, files, notices, deeds and completions. Recent experience working in a conveyancing or property law environment is required and experience working with a case management system. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills a must.
