Law firm based in Somerset with multiple locations and easily inaccessible along the M5 is seeking to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to replace a senior member of the team that is retiring.

The firm has a longstanding reputation within Somerset and Devon and requires an experienced lawyer to initially be based in Bridgwater, but also work across other locations.

The role will involve managing a full and varied caseload of transactions relating to the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties.

Ideally, you will be a  experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive that is used to working with autonomy and also built up excellent technical ability across a range of transactions and ideally knowledge of agricultural law would be desirable, but not essential.
