JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Hertfordshire
SALARY: Circa £35,000-£40,000 per annum

THE ROLE:
This well regarded and thriving local practice is offering an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their exception team. As an experienced Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE, the main duties of the role will include managing your own caseload and client base. The role will include all aspects of Residential Conveyancing transactions and will require previous experience in areas such as sales and purchases of Leasehold and Freehold Property. The expected hours of work for this particular role will be Monday-Friday 9-5. This role is well supported and offers great development opportunities.

THE CANDIDATE:
The perfect candidate will have previous experience within Private Practice with a strong desire for business development and career progression. You will be a motivated, naturally driven individual with a desire for long term career progression within the firm. You will have gained at least 2 years of experience within residential conveyancing and will enjoy working in a small but busy team.
