The Role

The firm are looking for a Family Legal Director to join their award-winning team in the heart of Leeds.

The firm has a highly regarded, legal 500 ranked Family department. You will join a highly skilled team that is headed up by heavy hitting family Partners. You will deal with business owners and HNW & UHNW individuals with many cases involving an international aspect.

You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of solely privately funded matters to include divorce, marital agreements, cohabitation disputes, private child matters, injunctions and financial remedies.

You will also assist with mentoring and overseeing the work of junior Lawyers and help them to progress in their careers.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least 10 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements and high net worth clients
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• Experience of supervising junior members of a team is desirable
