COMMERCIAL LITIGATION / DISPUTE RESOLUTION - EAST SUSSEX
You will be joining a leading firm's commercial litigation / dispute resolution team and as such you will need to have a good degree of experience in this area gained at a well-respected firm. The firm has multiple offices and is very well respected. You will enjoy a good degree of autonomy in being responsible for your own caseload whilst at the same time benefitting from a very friendly and collaborative team environment.
The role will be specialising in Commercial Litigation, IP and technology disputes, so strong technical knowledge of these areas will be desired.
The firm is looking for someone with strong business development skills and who will be a key player in the firm's future strategy and vision.
