Tremendous chance for an experienced family solicitor / legal executive to join this Legal 500 practice and lead a strong team of fee earners that are situated throughout the North West. This firm have a quality client base so you would be expected to deal with HNW private paying family law matters. Throughout lockdown this firm has continued to grow and has proven to be a very stable environment, unlike other practices that have had to downsize.

Ideally you will have gained more than 4 years' PQE and have previously managed your own caseload of private paying matters as you will be dealing with a mixture of divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, matrimonial disputes, domestic violence and private children applications. If you are a member of the Family or Children's Panel then that would be an advantage, however this is not an essential requirement for this role.

Management experience is required for this position as you will also be expected to help grow the size of the team and also contribute to business development, whether that is through an existing following of work or generating new work & referrals upon joining. You will however have backing of a strong marketing team that already generate plenty of work through SEO campaigns and targeted advertisement within the local area. 

There is a clear structure in place to develop your career, so opportunity to progress and gain promotions will be available for you. There will also be paralegal & legal secretarial support in place to allow you to focus on dealing with the more important tasks and ensuring clients are kept as happy as possible.

Clients will be based across the Greater Manchester, Cheshire & throughout the North West so having experience of meeting with clients on a face to face basis is essential as this will be an important part of this role and you will have regular meetings in the office and home visits.

Salary for this role will be based on PQE level however will start at a minimum of £45,000 and will also consist of a generous benefits package including bonus scheme. For further information on this role, please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal.
