Solicitor – Residential Conveyancing
Well-regarded Leicestershire law firm seeks a personable Solicitor to join their conveyancing team. This position would be ideally suited to a Solicitor with circa 5 years PQE who is looking for good work-life balance and perhaps a degree of flexible working.
You will handle a full conveyancing caseload which will cover all aspects of the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property. You will endeavour to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional service to clients.
The firm is well established and is proud of its client centric approach. They are CQS accredited and have a tight knit conveyancing team.
A salary of up to £45,000 is on offer dependent on experience, candidates seeking a higher salary will be considered on a case by case basis. The firm offers competitive holiday allowance and allows for flexible working arrangements.
In order to be considered for this position you must be comfortable handling a conveyancing caseload autonomously. Applications will be considered from Solicitors, Legal Executives and Licensed Conveyancers.
