The Role

The firm are looking for a Residential Property Partner to join their Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work closely with the other Partners within the Residential Property department, and more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having strong relationships with a broad introducer client base made up of HNW & UHNW individuals.

The bespoke caseload will have many high value matters and will include; sales & purchases of freehold & leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• A transferable client base or regional contacts is highly advantageous
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have strong business development capabilities
• Experience of overseeing a team is desirable, however not essential
