Private Client Solicitor

Well-established but expanding law firm require an additional Private Client Solicitor to be based in Harrogate. You will handle the full range of private client matters, a varied caseload including; wills, probate administration, court of protection and power of attorney matters. You will also be expected to take an active role in networking and business development and to generate new clients and contacts as well as maintaining current relationships.

Candidates seeking part time hours/flexible working should also apply.

You will need:

• To be a qualified Solicitor with at least 4 years experience handling the full range of private client matters - wills, probate administration, court of protection and power of attorney matters,
• STEP student or full membership and SFE status is desirable but not essential,   
• Good business development/marketing skills,
• Excellent client care skills,
• To be a team player.
