The Role

The firm are looking for a Planning Senior Associate to join their Leeds office in the heart of the city.

The firm is unrivalled in the size and breadth of clients including residential and commercial developers, infrastructure providers, land and property owners and local authorities.

You will work on a range of matters to help drive the department forwards consisting of planning due diligence, permitted development, planning appeals, listed buildings, planning enforcement, judicial reviews and development consent orders.

Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.

Requirements

• You will be a Planning Lawyer with at least 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• A transferable client base or regional contacts would be highly advantageous
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have good experience of dealing with large settlements
• You will have strong business development capabilities
