Job Details
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Prosecutions Lawyer to join a Local Authority based in Yorkshire on a part-time basis.
The successful Prosecutions Lawyer will take on a varied caseload, including, but not exclusive to:
- Trading standards
- Licencing matters
- Enviromental prosecutions
- Fly Tipping
- Littering
- Planning enforecements
Our client is looking for someone on a 2-3 day a week basis and the majority of the post will be remote working. This role is to begin immediately for an initial period of 3 months, however, there is potential for the role to be extended beyond that.
