RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING  PARALEGAL | FARNBOROUGH

A Legal 500 Firm are looking for an Residential Property Paralegal with more than 12 months experience to join their busy team. The Firm is well established, with an excellent reputation in the local area and have several offices across London, Surrey and Hampshire. They have an excellent staff retention rate and people genuinely enjoy working here. 

I am working with a firm who have a great reputation across the South East, and can offer a friendly and supportive working environment. They have expanded the business in recent years, and have opened several new offices across the area. This is an excellent place for someone who is near the start of their legal career.

They are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 12 months experience of working within a Residential Property department to assist the team. Training is important to the firm and you will get help when needed and have the chance to develop your expertise. Ideally, candidates will have experience of the full life cycle of conveyancing transactions, encompassing sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties together with post completion experience.

This role is commutable from Camberley, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Aldershot and Woking.
