A well established and well-regarded Bradford based high street Law Firm are currently looking for a Conveyancer with a minimum of 4 years fee earning experience/PQE to handle a mixed caseload of conveyancing/property work.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and proven track record in conveyancing/property, excellent communication, customer service and organisational skills together with the ability to meet tight deadlines. You will be a good team player but also have the ability to work on your own initiative. The ability to manage a caseload of varied conveyancing transactions including; freehold, leasehold, new-build and re-mortgage from start to finish is essential.

The ideal candidate must display a willingness and dedication to undertake duties to achieve results of a high standard and be able to build strong relationships with clients and intermediaries/estate agents.

Salary up to £45k with benefits depending on depth of knowledge and experience.
