A nationally regarded legal 500 and chambers listed commercial firm is looking to add to its commercial property team (in plot sales) in their Manchester office.

The successful candidate will likely be between 3 years + PQE and will have experience as part of their training contract or current role in the area of plot sales in commercial property law. It is likely you will have a background of training within a respected commercial firm and will have a strong academic record

This is an excellent chance to work alongside one of Manchester leading plot sales teams and be part of a larger team whose reputation spreads nationally. The right candidate will be experienced in dealing with all aspects of new builds sales as well as issuing contract papers, handling exchange and completion and post completion matters, acting on the purchase and part exchange of properties and resales, and advising developers on management agreements and forward sales.

As well as a comprehensive benefits package, with a salary based on experience but will be at the top end of market rate for Market, the firm treats their lawyers with respect and trust and they do not operate a micro managed high pressured environment.
