This firm deal with a quality of work commonly only associated with City practices. You will find an immensely diverse client base that continues to evolve constantly. You will find a strong leadership team that promotes an open-door culture where Partners are very accessible; everyone has a voice in throughout the organisation. The role
This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Banking / Finance Senior Associate / Partner to join their Reading, Berkshire office.
You will work alongside the other partners to drive the department forwards, you will be at the forefront of this growing team. You will oversee, mentor and train more junior members of the team. You will have high levels of autonomy to make the role your own.
The banking / finance department deals with an extremely high quality of work. The work is very varied and is normally wide spanning across a different range of industry sectors. The work is interesting and they have dealt with some newsworthy matters recently.
The department boasts a diverse client base including high street lenders, private banks, international banks, professional advisers, accountants and developers.
You will work and advise on a range of matters to include asset-based lending, real estate finance, acquisition finance, project finance, equity investment and corporate debt.

Requirements

  • You will be a Banking / Finance Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You will be meticulous when it comes to detail
  • You should have first-class communication skills
  • The ability to build credible client relationships is essential
