Locum Family Solicitor – Gloucestershire
£30 to £45 per hour
Our Client, a long-established and reputable law firm in Gloucestershire are seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to join their team to cover sickness leave. The assignment is due to commence ASAP for an initial 4 week period.
The successful candidate will be required to assist with a mixed caseload including, but not limited to: divorce and separation; private childcare; financial claims; pre and post nuptial agreements and cohabitation matters.
The successful candidate will have extensive prior experience within these areas of law. Candidates with The Law Society’s Family Law Accreditation or Resolution membership will be particularly favoured.
The firm are ideally seeking a part-time locum who can assist on a 3-4 day per week basis with 2-3 of those days working from the office. The rate on offer is expected to be £30 to £45 per hour, depending on experience.
