- Commercial terms and conditions and agreements
- Data protection, GDPR and general compliance matters
- Protection and registration of IP, trademarks and designs
- Conducting file reviews
- Analysing documents and researching case law
- Ensuring compliance
- Business development and marketing
- Solicitors with 1-6 years’ PQE
- Solid experience in intellectual property is essential
- Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
- IT proficient
- Excellent client care skills
- Strives for high standards in their work
