This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor or legal executive to join a busy team located in the King’s Lynn area. With expertise in both employment matters and litigation, the successful lawyer will deal with a mixed caseload of complex employment, commercial and civil matters. The successful lawyer will also be willing to participate in business development and networking activities for the further growth of the department and firm as a whole.

- Unfair dismissal
- Settlement agreements
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Preparing staff handbooks and contracts
- Representation at tribunals and court
- Participating in marketing and business development
- A qualified solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Technically proficient in employment and civil and commercial litigation
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to manage a mixed caseload to meet tight deadlines
- A team player who is pro-active and personable
- Has an aptitude for business development and marketing activities
