The Role

The firm require a Residential Property Solicitor to join their Wolverhampton office. The Property Department is on of the largest and most successful firm-wide and continues to make a name for themselves for the level of service they offer their clients.

You will deal with a broad caseload of Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold, Re-mortgages, Lease extensions and some other matters. The firm believes in people dealing with manageable caseloads and charging well for the work they do.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer. Legal Executive with at least 1 years PQE (there is no upper limit to the amount of PQE, the firms are looking to strengthen the team with multiple hires.)
• Good attention to deal and strong technical knowledge is necessary

• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent bonus structure
