JOB TITLE: Agricultural Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-5 Years' PQE
LOCATION: Bedfordshire/Cambridgeshire
SALARY: Market Rate + Benefits

Regarded as one of the region's leaders, this impressive Commercial Real Estate team provide legal advice on a wide-range of matters including dealing with complex and large scale property transactions involving acquisitions and/or disposals, joint ventures, property development or funding work. The team acts for both landlords and tenants on commercial leasehold transactions involving settling the terms of leases, advice on ongoing property issues, rent review, property portfolio management, insolvency and receivership. Due to the firm's location they have a loyal agricultural client base therefore the role requires a candidate interested to work in this area.

The successful candidate will have:
• a minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial property/agricultural matters gained with a well-regarded City, national or regional law firm. R
• responsibility for a broad range of commercial and agricultural clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals, property development and landlord and tenant transactions.
• strong team working ability and be motivated to work in a friendly, collegiate environment.
