This Top 100 private practice law firm have an excellent reputation in the market and their Residential Property team are looking for a junior lawyer (NQ-3 years PQE) to join their team in either their Bath or Romsey office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has existing Residential Property experience, is ambitious, dynamic and happy to get stuck in to help support a busy Practice.

Your new role
Working with the wider team your role will be to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, such as; freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity and new build matters, from initial instruction through to completion. You will need to demonstrate that you're able to multitask, are adept in communicating with your clients and colleagues and able to deliver a first-class service that our team are renowned for providing.

What you'll need to succeed
The firm are looking for an NQ-3 PQE lawyer. Ideally you will have experience post qualification in residential property matters to really be able to hit the ground running. If joining at the NQ level, you will have previous property experience gained before or during your training contract. With a track record of recognising and developing talent, for the right individual the opportunities are endless.
